Chorng Shin Wang is Founder/CEO of Humax Global Innovations, LLC, a startup company which owns 70 years of Valuable Exclusive Commercial water usage rights in state of Nevada. He is President/CEO of HUMAX Lifestyle group, a company in real estate investment development and utilities business in USA for over 36 years. HUMAX currently are focusing in the area of Senior citizen active lifestyle living resort communities and golf course residential communities in Nevada and California.

Instead of owning and using the water usage rights originally for our master planned real estate communities’ projects, we have decided to transfer approximately 65 Million gallons (or approximately 487 Million 16 Oz sized bottles) annual legal capacity of water into creating a multi categories of branded Organic beverages & water company. This decision was made based on the recommendation from state engineer of Nevada/regional director of USDA because the excellent qualities of water from a Prestine Organic water source is going to play a great role as a part of great health industry worldwide.

We spent a good five years to study beverages & water business and OEM business in USA and Southeast Asia.

Conclusion of our DD in beverages & water industry finding regarding how-to- do and what-to- do are Innovation, Branding, and Merger Acquisition.

After learning and obtaining the advices from the experts in the industrial, now we are ready to start our own beverages & water company by M & A of three existing beverages & water companies currently with approximate 40 million dollars a year in revenue and utilizing our own Prestine water capacity currently valued at USD 200 Million, to create our own mid and high end brands of Organic functional beverages & water products, up to 20 branded products in five phases. With our Branded sample products, we plan to start taking purchase order in USA, Canada, Maxico, and then Southeast Asia countries.

Most of the Famous Branded beverage and water companies, such as Coco cola and Pepsi, do not own exclusive water usages rights like us. They buy tap water from the city for all their beverages and water. That costs them hundreds of millions of dollars each year just for the cost of water. Like Coco cola and Pepsi, all their beverages and water are made from tap water.

Based on Costco store water section, the price difference between RO water and Mineral water such as FIJI Evion or Voss is three times each case. Our water products are Mineral Water. Tap water has no mineral but Chlorine.

That is the reason why Coco Cola is going into mid and highend water, as people now learned and care more about their health, so they can sell for more money with higher margin. Even Costco’s Mineral water is sold three times higher than RO Water.

In addition, our team has rich experience in the residential, commercial real estate, luxury hotels, leisure and entertainment, industry market analysis, feasibility study, land transactions with Bureau of Land Management, public facilities, and golf course development and management fields.
